Our hotel is designed around the service user with experienced and understanding staff with specialist facilities set in the stunning area of south promenade. Learning Disability - We cater for people with a wide spectrum of learning disabilities from mild developmental delay, to severe autism. Our team boast a wealth of experience and your guaranteed a relaxed and calm environment. Additions set to be added over the coming months include a games room with pool table, Wii Console and large screen TV plus Blackpool's overflowing with top attractions to keep everyone busy.
Physically Disability - The New Mayfair Hotel is designed to be as accessible as possible with ramped access, flat ground floor with easy access to all ammenties including restaurant, bar and entertainment areas. All our bedrooms are full en-suite with flat level access showers and grab rails. Our rooms also include dual height wardrobes and electric raiser beds. Other equipment can be hired most of which is free of charge including hoists, commodes and bed rails. Please notify our team when booking about your requirements. Our hotel also includes 3 lifts to all floors and a designated charging point for electric scooters.
Sensory Impairment - The New Mayfair Hotel is now a modern well lit hotel, with all print materials available in large print or on CD. Staff our available within the hotel 24/7 to assist if needed and carers can be provided where needed. Our new bedrooms are bright with a clear differentiations between materials and areas to assist in general day duties. In the event of an emergency our alert system both sounds and flashes to help identify an emergency. An experienced member of our team can assist in evacuation.

The New Mayfair can even get you there on our brand new fully accessible mini bus and discounted tickets to many of the UK's top attractions. Our hotel has speciality designed children's menus plus additions set to be added over the coming months include a games room with pool table, Wii Console and large screen. Elderly - The New Mayfair offers a quiet and relaxing base from which to explore Blackpool. Set on South Promenade away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to any of the attractions to get to easily, we can even get you their on our fully accessible mini bus.
